Just spun my Wheels of Fire LP last night. My buddy, who is a pretty good guitar player, was over having a cold one on the deck in the near 100 degree heat. He said, "Man, this is (Crossroads) one of the defining guitar tracks out there, Clapton just kills it." Of course a nod to Robert Johnson as well. I think I'll fire up those bootlegs you sent me this holiday weekend. Thanks again.

Happy 4th to you and everyone else in Archiveland.

BTW: Save a ticket to the Talking Heads show for me.

East coast bias. Bluedevil was probably dreaming about Bobby Hurley and Grant Hill while i was reading this.

Won't happen. Want it, but won't happen.

We will likely get aging Kinks and Faces in coming year - and another farewell Who tour...

I have yet to see The Replacements on the reunion circuit; loved them back in the day.

I give REM about a half dozen years, with Bill Berry drumming, before the Coachella money comes calling...

Faces would be great if you could get the Stewart/Wood line up.

Ramones would be fantastic to see but it doesn't fit within the rules of RBNW's game.

So which anniversary will the Who celebrate in 2015. 50 years since they started or 33 years since their first farewell tour?
